Sticky Honey Soy Garlic Chicken Traybake

This is my healthy Sticky Honey Soy Garlic Chicken Traybake easy, hassle-free cooking at its best. 


Ingredients: 

Marinade:

- 8 small chicken thighs  

- 3 tbsp soy sauce  

- 2 tbsp honey  

- 1 tbsp five-spice  

Tray:

- 5 garlic cloves, minced  

- 1 tbsp minced ginger  

- 1 large onion, sliced  

- 3 mixed bell peppers, sliced  

- 1 red chili, sliced  

- 200g sugar snap peas  

- 2 tbsp soy sauce  

Garnish:

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds  

- 1 lime, cut into wedges  

- A handful of fresh coriander  

- A drizzle of hoisin sauce  


Method:

1. Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.  

2. Add the tray ingredients to a baking tray and lay the marinated chicken on top.  

3. Cook for 45 minutes at 180°C.  

4. Garnish with sesame seeds, lime wedges, fresh coriander, and a drizzle of hoisin sauce. Serve on a bed of fluffy white rice. Enjoy!
